Mud Puddles

It's finally warm enough to spend several hours of the day outside. No matter rain or shine, The Boy stands at the door 'beach boots' in hand and says "Beech boots on. Ouside." He asks for his hat and his gloves and most endearingly, if I am taking to long to gather my own things, he tells me that he has to go to the bathroom, specifically to "pee (in the) snow." And this is how we spend much of the day.

This little clip is so funny to us, the way he calls out a signal which means to run to the next puddle, then he figures it's best to get a running start in order to get a good splash, almost falls over on the second attempt, and then a big truck drives by and he stands and watches until it's out of sight. We've watched this and laughed out loud a dozen times.
