I have been meaning to make this butternut squash cupcake recipe for the past few months. The Boy couldn't keep his spatula out of the bowl and John called them his favorite muffin ever! Butternut squash with the skin on, walnuts, light brown sugar, eggs, flour, cinnamon, baking powder. The icing was made of clementine and lemon zest, sour cream, powdered sugar, with lavender flowers sprinkled on top.
