There are a lot of good things that have come from taking The Boy to swim lessons. It is our new favorite family activity and he has learned the cutest mispronounced word to date.
"Kim Kunks" translation "Swim Trunks"
We talk about swimming all week long. He walks around the house paddling with his arms and talks about "kick kick kick" and wearing his "kim kunks" almost every day. In the locker room, he gets all the ladies cooing, strutting around talking about the "poo" I reassure them that he means "the pool" and does not need to go to the bathroom. They smirk in disbelief. Then he actually asks to go to the bathroom and they all cackle about the fact that he is potty trained so young.
